1. Services

Gilded Furds acts as a travel agent arranging travel services provided by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of these suppliers.

2. Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to supplier policies and cancellation fees, which may be up to 100% of the trip cost depending on timing. Changes to bookings may incur additional charges from suppliers and administrative fees.

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. We are not liable for denied entry, delays, or other issues resulting from improper documentation. We recommend checking entry requirements with appropriate embassies.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and other potential losses. We can provide information about suitable insurance options but are not insurance brokers.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the travel services provided. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, political unrest, terrorism, or other force majeure events. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, adhering to supplier terms and conditions, following local laws and customs, and maintaining appropriate conduct during your travels. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund for inappropriate behavior.

8. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported to us immediately during your travels to allow us the opportunity to resolve issues. If a problem cannot be resolved locally, please submit a written complaint within 30 days of trip completion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
